Sold items are shipped out of the atelier by the Austrian Art Association directly to the delivery address you provided. Shipping cost are not included in the price listed with the item, but you can look them up by proceeding with "checkout" for the item until the freight cost are automatically displayed. You will then see the price for different delivery options. After you have received the information wanted, you can cancel the "checkout" any time.

Purchased items will be shipped within 2 working days after payment is received.

If you purchased more than one item, shipping will be combined for a better rate.

Customers outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The rules vary country by country and you should contact your local customs office and shipping office for further information.
